I am Baiba Blake – a financial consultant focused on personal wealth growth. My experience as an investment expert allows me to see beyond simple saving; I help build capital that works for you.
In my work, I combine a coaching approach with professional financial tools. To ensure the highest standards of safety and quality, I provide investment services as a tied agent in cooperation with Spirit Capital Investments, offering only licensed and vetted financial instruments.
Today, I work so that people do not have to experience the same pressure I once went through. My goal is to make financial decisions clear and manageable – without unnecessary stress, without speculation, and without empty promises.
Professional side
I am a tied agent at the licensed brokerage firm “Spirit Capital Investments”. In my day-to-day work, I collaborate with investors in Latvia and abroad – both those starting with €50 per month and entrepreneurs with significant capital flow and more complex financial matters.
Importantly, I am an investor myself. I not only advise, but also invest: in real estate, fixed-income instruments, and company equity. This changes the perspective. I do not speak in theory – I speak from experience.
My approach is direct and practical: no illusions, no risks I would not take myself, and no promises the market cannot deliver. I rely on facts and strategies that work even when the economy fluctuates.
Human side
I have gone through different stages of life — victories, setbacks, restarts. I know what it means to close large loans, start from scratch after personal crises, and how to get back on your feet simply because there is no other option. That’s why I see the financial world not as numbers, but as people’s stories.
Everyone has their own situation, goals, and pace. My job is to help organize them so that a person gains two things — peace and control.
